Jamie M. Epstein
Jamie M. Epstein is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law who has devoted her legal career exclusively to family law for more than 17 years. In 2025, Ms. Epstein completed Collaborative Law training, further expanding her ability to help families resolve disputes amicably and efficiently. Since 2023, she has maintained an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest peer rating for professional excellence, legal ability, and ethical standards.
Beyond her private practice, Ms. Epstein has been deeply involved in the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, where she serves in numerous leadership capacities. She is currently a member of the Executive Council. Ms. Epstein chaired the CLE Committee for over three years, organizing, moderating, and presenting continuing legal education programs throughout Florida and online. In recognition of her experience and dedication to the profession, she is currently serving her second term of a four-year appointment on the prestigious Marital and Family Law Review Course Committee. Ms. Epstein recently served as the co-secretary of the Legislation Committee and served as the chair of a subcommittee and traveled to Tallahassee to testify on behalf of the Family Law Section. She is currently the co-vice chair of the Legislation Committee.
Ms. Epstein’s contributions to the advancement of family law in Florida have been widely recognized. She received the Rising Star Award in 2021, 2022 and 2026, the Above and Beyond Award in 2021, 2023 and 2026, the Chair’s Award of Special Merit in 2024 and 2025 and the Legislation Award in 2026.
Prior to founding Epstein Family Law, P.A., Ms. Epstein was a shareholder at one of the most prestigious family law firms in South Florida. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York.
